Return Policy
We want you to love the sound of Solid Three Way. However, if our speakers aren't the right fit for your room or studio, we want to make the return process as clear and transparent as possible.
1. The 30-Day Listening Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in "Like-New" condition.
Original Packaging is Mandatory: You must return the speakers in their original box with all original custom foam inserts.
Why? Our packaging is engineered to protect the heavy MDF cabinets during transit. We cannot accept returns packed in bubble wrap or generic boxes, as the speakers will almost certainly arrive damaged.
Accessories: All manuals, cables, grilles, and feet must be included.
Condition: The speakers must be free of scratches, scuffs, or other cosmetic damage.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Standard Returns: If you are returning the product because you changed your mind or decided it wasn't right for your space, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that shipping heavy audio equipment can be expensive.
Defective/Damaged Items: If the item arrived damaged or is defective, Solid3W will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
4. Restocking Fees
Due to the size, weight, and inspection requirements of our products, returns for non-defective items are subject to a Restocking Fee of [10% - 15%]. This fee covers the cost of unboxing, testing, cleaning, and repackaging the unit to certified "Open Box" standards.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email [Support Email] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Get an RMA: We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship items back without an RMA number, as they may be rejected at our warehouse.
Pack It Up: Repack the speakers exactly as they arrived, using the original foam diagrams.
Ship It: Use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of receipt):
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Exclusions
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Gift cards.
Custom-finished cabinets (if applicable).
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
