2. Product Use & Safety (Crucial for Audio)

• Hearing Safety: Solid3W speakers are high-fidelity audio reproduction devices capable of generating high sound pressure levels (SPL). The user assumes full responsibility for safe listening practices. Solid3W is not liable for hearing loss or damage resulting from the use of our products at excessive volumes.

• Professional Use: While our products are engineered for professional monitoring, Solid3W is not liable for any loss of business, studio downtime, or production errors attributed to equipment failure or acoustic perception.

• Placement: Our Rear-Ported Bass Reflex design requires proper ventilation. Solid3W is not responsible for heat damage or performance issues caused by placing speakers in enclosed spaces without adequate airflow.

3. Orders & Payments

• Damage in Transit: You must inspect the package immediately upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, you must note this on the carrier’s delivery receipt or refuse the shipment. Hidden damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds
